Brooks is a lifelong native of Leander, Texas, with deep roots in Central Texas and a strong appreciation for the land he serves. Growing up surrounded by hunting, athletics, and hands-on work, he developed a disciplined work ethic, a respect for the outdoors, and a team-driven mindset that continue to guide his leadership and business philosophy today.

From an early age, Brooks was drawn to heavy equipment, land development, and large-scale construction projects. His experience spans highway construction, civil infrastructure, and pipeline work, providing him with a strong foundation in land clearing, grading, and land preparation. As the owner of HB Land Services, LLC, Brooks leads both strategically and, in the field, serving clients throughout Leander and Central Texas. He is actively involved in land clearing, forestry mulching, building pads, utility trenching, gravel driveways, pond construction, and site preparation projects.
